RETURNS - GENERAL
Before your item is despatched your order can be cancelled up to the point of despatch for a full refund. After your order has been despatched orders can still be cancelled up to 14 days after the day you have received the goods also known as a cooling off period in compliance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2014. In order for your return to be successful the goods have to be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be unopened, unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging still intact. We will refund the consumer using the original payment method once this process is complete and we have fully inspected the goods after taking receipt. Please submit your return request to email@example.com and we will send you a returns form to attach to the packaging and then we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods.
In the instance whereby any products have been part or fully assembled and / or used and it is still within the 14 day period from the day after delivery then it is the responsibility of the customer to return the items in the original packaging. Please send your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form to attach the packaging.
Returns after 14 days from the day you have received delivery have elapsed then we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns regardless of whether they are unopened or not.
RETURNS - FAULTY
In the case of a faulty product or part, we will offer a replacement part in the first instance or refund depending on what is reasonable under the circumstances. This will depend on the kind of product, the fault itself and the length of time since receipt of the goods. This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will request photographic proof of the damaged and or faulty parts, images should be sent via email to email@example.com
All boxes leave our warehouse in good condition, however, occasionally boxes do get damaged in transit. If your boxes are damaged and you are at home to accept the delivery please accept the consignment and sign the delivery sheet as ‘damaged boxes'. If the boxes are left without a signature and are left damaged please take a photo of the damaged boxes and send the photo along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
We have 7 days to claim for damages via the carrier and therefore we cannot accept liability for carrier damage outside of this time frame. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If you notice any damage to your items after opening the boxes then please send photos to email@example.com and we will despatch any replacement parts at the earliest convenience.
